Regulations have taken effect so that municipalities that are controlling small wind energy systems in their communities are being prohibited from unreasonably limiting aspects such as tower height, required set back from property and setting a noise level limit. Welcome to the Schuyler County Land Use Team Blog. The Land Use Team comprises of the following people that all work for Cornell Cooperative Extension Schuyler:
